CTO is intimately linked and in concert with Colombia Civil and Military Aviation and were the team in charge of Google’s Balloon program in the country, helocasting into the Amazon jungle, and search and rescue flights for overseas security companies as well as custom medievac for RIPCORD evacuation companies and staging, deployment, and mobilization for BBC and National Geographic (Disney) media. We have the most sophisticated maps of all airstrips in the country and up to date security, airstrip conditions, and anti-narcotic trafficking updates for all. We can book more small private aircraft than any other specialist in Colombia, often with discounts as deep as 40%!
Colombia’s broken geography is hard to navigate and many of the most impressive landscapes and ecosystems of Colombia are very remote and hard to access. On some occasions, your travels can take days, and we understand that some travelers, where it is for leisure or work, don’t have that amount of time. Helicopters:
Our helicopters are based out of Cartagena, Medelllin and Bogota. We offer flights above the cities, or private pick up and drop offs from wherever you may be or need to go. Depending on your group size, we offer machines from 3 to 6 passengers.
Planes:
From cessnas to private jets, we have access to nearly any plane. Colombia was the first country to use aviation for transporting political personalities, or to deliver mail – and there is a reason why – it’s easy in the air, and hard on the ground! Even if you are going to a small village, or commercial airlines are operating the same routes, do not hesitate to ask for a quote, as going via your private plane is always more thrilling.
